For an initial assessment and starter weight-loss plan, taylor made for YOU, taking into account your lifestyle, food preferences, activity levels and health I charge £50.
Follow-up appointments for coaching to help you stay on track and to tweak your plan if necessary are £20.
I recommend having 4 follow-up appointments, weekly or every other week initially to keep you accountable and heading towards your goal. If you sign up for the plan plus 4 follow-ups the cost is £120 saving you £10.
If you sign up with a friend or partner and can attend sessions together then I will do the plans and 4 follow-ups for £200 saving you a total of £40 between you. If you only want the plan and no follow-ups then I will do both plans for £80, provided I meet with you together.
